RinkGuard is available to independent agents.  Agents must hold a Producer License in the state(s) where the account is located.  In an instance where the same submission is received from more than one broker, a broker of record letter will determine control.

To Obtain A Quotation

Simply mail a submission to Willis Programs.  The submission must be complete and meet the underwriting guidelines and eligibility criteria.  In most cases the required lead time is 60 days before the effective date.  The submission should include the following:

• Completed RinkGuard supplemental applications, signed by the insured including complete information specific to rink revenue. 
• Certificates of insurance with additional insured status for vendors, concessionaries and special events when available.  
• Include verification of USA Hockey membership for youth hockey activities.
• Copies of releases used (if any).
• Completed Accord applications, signed by the insured, including detailed property information to include construction, occupancy, square footage, protection and age of respective buildings to be insured.
• 5 years of recently valued insurance company loss runs
• Details on any losses over $25,000
• Expiring premiums and target premiums for all lines of coverage being submitted
• Web site address, brochures and photos if available    

If not yet appointed with Willis of New Hampshire, Inc., please include the following: 

• Completed and signed BROKERAGE AGREEMENT with proof of agency E&O showing at a minimum $1,000,000 limit per occurrence.
• Copy of licenses in all States you plan to broker the RinkGuard Program
